Preview: TRINITY OF SIN: PHANTOM STRANGER #21 and FAIREST #27

This week, DC Comics and Vertigo are giving you exclusive first looks at TRINITY OF SIN: PHANTOM STRANGER #21 and FAIREST #27!

First, in TRINITY OF SIN: PHANTOM STRANGER #21, the angel Zauriel is dead—leaving the Stranger without his guardian angel right before the arrival of The Fallen! Can the Spirit of Redemption help finally absolve the Stranger of his past sins? And what role will Doctor Thirteen play in the upcoming events? Look for TRINITY OF SIN: PHANTOM STRANGER #21, written by J.M. DeMatteis and illustrated by Fernando Blanco with Cliff Richards, this Wednesday.

Then, in FAIREST #27, frustration is at all all-time high in this new epic when the animals at the Farm begin to resent their restriction! Are they prisoners at the Farm? Will the animals find a way out of their situation? While refugees from Fabletown have returned to New York’s Castle Dark. And Reynard, now able to shapeshift from fox to man (thanks to a glamour from Ozma), travels the mundane world to regale the animals with tales of his exploits. But there’s a fine line between telling his tale and rubbing the other Fables’ noses in his good fortune! FAIREST #27, Chapter One of “The Clamor for the Glamour”, written by FABLES artist Mark Buckingham and illustrated by Russell Braun, hits shelves on Wednesday.
