TV Insider has debuted the “Luke Cage” poster that will be given out at Comic-Con International in San Diego. As with some of the previous key art for Marvel’s Netflix series, the poster comes from Marvel CCO Joe Quesada. The poster will be available for SDCC attendees that swing by the Marvel booth.
“There’s always great pressure with superhero posters,” Quesada told TV Insider. “You’ve got one shot to encapsulate a character with a pose that’s provocative and that you hope will someday be iconic.”
Quesada previously illustrated key art for “Daredevil”. In addition to the poster, the cast and crew of “Luke Cage” will be on hand at SDCC, possibly bringing footage with them.
“Luke Cage” debuts on Netflix on September 30. Comic-Con International takes place in San Diego from July 20-24.
