The first “Batman – The Telltale Series” trailer is officially here! It finds Bruce Wayne and his alter ego steeped in political intrigue, even as he struggles to maintain order in a crime-ridden city. The trailer also offers some first glimpses at characters like Alfred Pennyworth, Harvey Dent, Jim Gordon, Vicki Vale and more.

Announced in December, the Batman game promises to “give fans a first-hand opportunity to dive deeper into the complex life and mind of Bruce Wayne, the duality of his own identity, and the struggle of responsibility in saving a city overcome with corruption and villainy.”

“Batman — The Telltale Series” will feature the voices of Troy Baker as Bruce Wayne, Travis Willingham as Harvey Dent, Erin Yvette as Vicki Vale, Enn Reitel as Alfred Pennyworth, Murphy Guyer as Lt. James Gordon, Richard McGonagle as Carmine Falcone and Laura Bailey as Selina Kyle.

“Batman – The Telltale Series” will be available for digital download this August across consoles, PC/Mac, and iOS or Android based devices. Subsequently, the series will release in North American stores on September 13; it will come packaged as a “Season Pass Disc,” which features the first of five episodes in the season and includes access to the subsequent four episodes when they become available for download via online updates. The game will release in Europe on September 16.
