“Superman Was Never Real,” Declares Cavill in New “BvS: Dawn of Justice” Trailer

batmanBruce Wayne visits his parents’ tomb and Superman voices his self-doubt in a spot illustrating the motivations, and the mindsets, of the two heroes.

Possibly saving the best for last, Warner Bros. debuted a new trailer during “Gotham” for “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” that reveals new footage and dialogue from the Zack Snyder film.

The minute-long spot goes beyond the previous posturing of the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel to showcase the motivations, and the mindsets, of Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent.

“Superman was never real,” Henry Cavill’s superhero says. “Just a dream of a farmer from Kansas.”
