Okay, so Island #12 has many stories combined into one – with 72 pages in total. It’s interesting in Island #12 to see various artists here and differing writing styles, giving the creative team in Island #12 the freedom of exploring their imaginations with each page and chapter.
With the Island #12 in particular, there was a little more advancement in the story. With the other random stories crammed in this comic book, it’s mostly hit and miss. I think it’s a neat idea having other stories to explore in one issue, but there was too much going on for me here.
