The latest trailer for Cinemax’s Outcast promises that inescapable evil is lurking just out of sight.

The 30-second spot features all sort of ghosts, demons and ghouls, as well as the most bone chillingly terrifying horror device ever: creepy children.

Based on the original Skybound comic series by The Walking Dead creator, Robert Kirkman, Outcast is executive produced by Kirkman, showrunner Chris Black, David Alpert, Sharon Tal Yguado and Sue Naegle, for Fox International Studios.

Outcast follows Patrick Fugit’s Kyle Barnes – a man who’s been possessed by demons since childhood – who sets out on a journey to find answers that could mean the end of life on Earth as we know it.

Starring Patrick Fugit, Philip Glenister, Wrenn Schmidt, David Denman, Reg. E Cathey and MelindaMcGraw, Outcast Season One has a 10-episode order. The series is scheduled to premiere on June 3
