IT MAY not provide much by way of detail on HBO’s second season of Westworld but the Jonathan Nolan-directed teaser trailer certainly suggests fans of the series won’t be disappointed

Set to debut on April 22, the new 10-episode season features Evan Rachel Wood (who proves the voiceover for the teaser) alongside such other Season One returnees as Jeffrey Wright, Ed Harris, Thandie Newton, James Marsden and Tallulah Riley.

The series is based on 1973’s Michael Chrichton-directed Westworld movie, which was followed in 1976 by a sequel, Futureworld. Word is the upcoming Season Two will introduce one more futuristic theme park.
